Type specimen: MACT-1221, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Dominican amber (Morone Amber Collection), which is in a Burdigalian/Langhian terrestrial amber in the Dominican Republic.

Distribution: found only at Dominican amber (Morone Amber Collection)
