Type specimen: IPS-46297, a mandible (Fragment of a right mandible with P4-M3). Its type locality is Sant Jaume de Frontanyà-3C, which is in a Bartonian mire/swamp marl/coal in the Bellmunt Formation of Spain.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution:

• Eocene of Spain (2 collections)
