Sister taxon: Romeosaurus sorbinii

Type specimen: NHMV-64108, a partial skeleton (Almost complete skull and half the vertebral column). Its type locality is Fumane quarry, which is in a Turonian marine limestone in the Scaglia Rossa Veneta Formation of Italy.

Ecology: aquatic carnivore

Distribution:
