Type specimen: KMNH VP 100,173, a skeleton. Its type locality is First formation (TO-1), which is in a Neocomian terrestrial conglomerate/shale in the First Formation of Japan.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at First formation (TO-1)
