Type specimen: coll. MGL 96852. Its type locality is Snowshoe Formation, Oregon, USA (Locality 555), which is in a Bajocian marine lime mudstone in the Snowshoe Formation of Oregon.
Ecology: passively mobile planktonic omnivore
Distribution: found only at Snowshoe Formation, Oregon, USA (Locality 555)
