Type specimen: MTM PAL2012.31.1, a maxilla (Partial right maxilla). Its type locality is Iharkút mine, Bakony mountains (Unit 1), which is in a Santonian crevasse splay claystone/sandstone in the Csehbánya Formation of Hungary.

Distribution: found only at Iharkút mine, Bakony mountains (Unit 1)
