Sister taxa: Pliomerina austrina, Pliomerina prima, Pliomerina rigida, Pliomerina serrata, Pliomeraspis martelli

Type specimen: UTGD 91143, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is Mole Creek 4439. south of Liena Road, west of Mole Creek, which is in an Eastonian peritidal carbonate in the Mole Creek Formation of Australia.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Australia (8 collections)

Total: 8 collections each including a single occurrence
