Type specimen: Sanchez Roig Tipo No. 767, a test. Its type locality is Finca Turibacoa, Marroquin, Moron, which is in an Eocene carbonate carbonate in Cuba.
Ecology: slow-moving shallow infaunal deposit feeder-detritivore
Distribution: found only at Finca Turibacoa, Marroquin, Moron
