Type specimen: OMNH TI-130, an other (pronotum). Its type locality is Ykw-01, Koyasawa River, which is in a Messinian mire/swamp siltstone in the Takamine Formation of Japan.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Ykw-01, Koyasawa River
