Type specimen: BYU 13258, a partial skeleton (partial, but mostly articulated skeleton and skull. Postcranial elements include partial pelvis and vertebral colum). Its type locality is Thompson Canyon (general), which is in a Campanian channel sandstone in the Nelsen Formation of Utah.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Thompson Canyon (general)
