Sister taxon: Glyptoglossa ardmillanensis

Type specimen: USNM 109273. Its type locality is South side of U. S. Highway 30, 1 mile S. 70° W. of St. Thomas, which is in a Blackriveran carbonate limestone in the Chambersburg Formation of Pennsylvania.

Distribution:

• Ordovician of United States (2: Maryland, Pennsylvania collections)
