Sister taxon: Xianshou songae
Type specimen: IVPP V16707A-B, a skeleton. Its type locality is Daxishan, which is in an Oxfordian terrestrial shale in the Tiaojishan Formation of China.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Daxishan
