Type specimen: MGUH 29481. Its type locality is Locality A-1230 Blocks 4-6, which is in an Ashbyan deep subtidal ramp limestone/siltstone in the Telsitna Formation of Alaska.

Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Locality A-1230 Blocks 4-6
