Type specimen: NMW 98.64G.11, a valve (ventral internal mould). Its type locality is Sample 5758. South of the Agalatas River valley, which is in a Floian carbonate sandstone in the Kurday Formation of Kazakhstan.

Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Sample 5758. South of the Agalatas River valley
