Type specimen: LPM 12-1739, a maxilla (right maxilla with P2-M2). Its type locality is Cerro del Humo, Mustersan, which is in a Mustersan terrestrial horizon in Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial herbivore
Distribution: found only at Cerro del Humo, Mustersan
