Type specimen: ND 99-6.1, a set of teeth (tooth plate). Its type locality is NDSFC Loc. LO64, Logan County (NDGS L140 general), which is in a Maastrichtian paralic sandstone in the Fox Hills Formation of North Dakota.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
