Belongs to Trimerorhachis according to Milner and Schoch 2013
Sister taxa: Trimerorhachis insignis, Trimerorhachis mesops, Trimerorhachis rogersi, Trimerorhachis sandovalensis
Type specimen: USNM 409692, a skull. Its type locality is Craddock Bonebed, Brush Creek, 38 (Arroyo Formation), which is in a Kungurian terrestrial claystone/sandstone in the Arroyo Formation of Texas.
Ecology: amphibious carnivore
Distribution: found only at Craddock Bonebed, Brush Creek, 38 (Arroyo Formation)
