Type specimen: MSC 7949, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is AMg-1, Montgomery (PROXY), which is in a Santonian offshore shelf grainstone in the Mooreville Chalk Formation of Alabama.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at AMg-1, Montgomery (PROXY)
