Type specimen: IVPP V9574, a tooth. Its type locality is Saint-Jacques (IVPP Loc. 77048), which is in an Oligocene terrestrial horizon in the Wulanbulage Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Saint-Jacques (IVPP Loc. 77048)
