Type specimen: SM F10766, a shell. Its type locality is Locality 12, Juraifa area (Aramco S-1191/1621), which is in a Bathonian carbonate limestone in the Dhruma Formation of Saudi Arabia.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Jurassic of Saudi Arabia (3 collections)
