Type specimen: UCMP 134932, a partial skeleton (coracoid+humerus). Its type locality is UCMP V70272, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial lignite in the Wasatch Formation of Wyoming.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at UCMP V70272
