Sister taxa: Dalaspis obsoleta, Dalaspis pustulosa

Type specimen: GSC 122204, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is AN50, which is in an Aeronian/Telychian open shallow subtidal lime mudstone/mudstone in the Jupiter Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Silurian of Canada (3: Quebec collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
