Sister taxa: Anacaenaspis callipareos, Anacaenaspis dealgach, Anacaenaspis emarginata, Anacaenaspis gotlandensis, Anacaenaspis wrighti

Type specimen: GSC 122202, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is AN15, which is in an Aeronian open shallow subtidal shale/limestone in the Jupiter Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Silurian of Canada (2: Quebec collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
