Sister taxa: Acastoides (Acastoides), Acastoides hollardi, Acastoides maurus, Acastoides paeckelmanni, Acastoides zguilmensis
Type specimen: UA 13348, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Zguilma section, Timrhanrhart Fm, Lower Bed, ZGEE2 , which is in an Emsian shallow subtidal shale in the Timrhanrhart Formation of Morocco.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Zguilma section, Timrhanrhart Fm, Lower Bed, ZGEE2
