Type specimen: SM X.27320a, b [counterparts], an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Llandovery Area, Dyfed, LL4, which is in an Aeronian offshore mudstone in the Rhydings Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at Llandovery Area, Dyfed, LL4
