Type specimen: UALVP 53724, a set of teeth (rostral spine). Its type locality is Bladen County Landfill Annex [Tar Heel Fm.], which is in a Campanian/Campanian deltaic sandstone in the Tar Heel Formation of North Carolina.
Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Bladen County Landfill Annex [Tar Heel Fm.]
