Type specimen: CSUK97-2-52a, a tooth. Its type locality is Entrance to Fort Benning, Interstate Highway 185, which is in a Santonian/Santonian marine sandstone/mudstone in the Eutaw Formation of Georgia.

• Cretaceous of United States (3: Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi collections)
