Type specimen: NIGP−152011, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is Locality 2. 60 m northwest of Zhuzhai, which is in a Katian reef, buildup or bioherm bafflestone/bindstone in the Xiazhen Formation of China.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Locality 2. 60 m northwest of Zhuzhai
