Type specimen: NHMUK II 3103, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Monmouth Beach, Lyme Regis (Coram collection), which is in a Turneri marine horizon in the Charmouth Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.

Distribution: found only at Monmouth Beach, Lyme Regis (Coram collection)
