Type specimen: UTGD122594. Its type locality is NMVPL92, Gawler River, Ulverstone, which is in a Floran/Undillan marine mudstone in the Isandula Road Formation of Australia.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at NMVPL92, Gawler River, Ulverstone
