Type specimen: USNM 423874. Its type locality is North-facing slope, Drum Mountain, which is in a Marjumian deep subtidal ramp mudstone in the Wheeler Shale Formation of Utah.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at North-facing slope, Drum Mountain
