Type specimen: ISEZh 2014/3, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Rio Blanco County (ISEZh collection), which is in an Uintan lacustrine - large mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.

Distribution: found only at Rio Blanco County (ISEZh collection)
