Type specimen: PIN 4621/27, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Anvil Points (PIN collection 4621), which is in a Bridgerian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Anvil Points (PIN collection 4621)
