Type specimen: WSC 16505, a partial skeleton (ribs and osteoderms). Its type locality is Invictarx type locality, which is in a Campanian/Campanian fluvial mudstone/sandstone in the Menefee Formation of New Mexico.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Invictarx type locality
