Type specimen: IVPP V 23401, a partial skull (A large left maxilla, a right squamosal, and a left dentary). Its type locality is Jingangkou Locality 2, Laiyang (BNHM), which is in a Campanian crevasse splay mudstone in the Jingangkou Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Jingangkou Locality 2, Laiyang (BNHM)
