Sister taxon: Waijiaoella elegans

Type specimen: NIGPAS 137026. Its type locality is Leidapo/Bangtoupo, Qingyan, which is in an Anisian open shallow subtidal mudstone/mixed carbonate-siliciclastic in the Qingyan Formation of China.

Ecology: facultatively mobile epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution:

• Triassic of China (3 collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
