Type specimen: PNT-160, a skull. Its type locality is Pentalophos 1, which is in a Vallesian terrestrial conglomerate/sandstone in the Nea Messimvria Formation of Greece.
Ecology: ground dwelling browser
Distribution: found only at Pentalophos 1
