Type specimen: MHNSR-PV 1101, a skull (Deformed skull and and mandibular and post cranial fragments). Its type locality is Arroyo Seco de la Frazada (Middle Section) = La Huertita Fm nom. nov., which is in a Montehermosan fluvial sandstone in the La Huertita Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Arroyo Seco de la Frazada (Middle Section) = La Huertita Fm nom. nov.
