Type specimen: MLP 55-IV-28-11, a partial skull. Its type locality is Arroyo Chasicó, which is in a Chasicoan floodplain sandstone in the Arroyo Chasicó Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution:

• Miocene of Argentina (2 collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
