Type specimen: PIN 5538/11-4, a shell. Its type locality is Shakhtau open pit, sample 11, which is in an Asselian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Shakhtau Reef Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore
