Type specimen: DMNH 16085, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Locality ICS-1179, which is in a Lenian carbonate limestone in the Pioche Shale Formation of Nevada.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution:
• Cambrian of United States (20: California, Nevada collections)
Total: 20 collections each including a single occurrence
