Type specimen: Its type locality is Groom Range, Carrara Fm, Red Pass Limestone Mbr(USGS 3766-CO), which is in a Delamaran shallow subtidal lime mudstone in the Carrara Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Groom Range, Carrara Fm, Red Pass Limestone Mbr. (USGS 3766-CO)
