Type specimen: USNM 98508a. Its type locality is 54s - Near mouth of North side Two Mile Canyon, 2 miles se of Malad, Wasatch Mts, which is in a Menevian carbonate limestone in the Langston Formation of Idaho.

• Cambrian of United States (1: Idaho collection)

• Solvan of United States (1: Nevada)

• Delamaran of United States (1: California)
