Belongs to Cedaria according to A. R. Palmer 1954
Sister taxa: Cedaria brevifrons, Cedaria burnetensis, Cedaria minor, Cedaria prolifica, Cedaria puelchana, Cedaria selwyni
Type specimen: UT-32100, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is S-105, which is in a Guzhangian marine sandstone/sandstone in the Riley Formation of Texas.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Cambrian of United States (9: Texas collections)
Total: 9 collections each including a single occurrence
