Type specimen: LACMIP 7315, a partial shell. Its type locality is LACMIP loc. 17611, along Dry Creek, near Pentz, which is in a Campanian open shallow subtidal conglomerate in the Chico Formation of California.

Ecology: epifaunal

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Canada (2: British Columbia collections), United States (4: California)

Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
