Type specimen: CAM BA-0015, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Century Amber Museum/Xiao Jia collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (Century Amber Museum/Xiao Jia collection)
