Type specimen: YPM IP 586369, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Gus' Pit, west of Rio Blanco store, which is in a Ypresian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Green River Formation of Colorado.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Gus' Pit, west of Rio Blanco store
