Type specimen: SADME 10319, an otolith. Its type locality is Grange Burn Coquina, which is in a Pliocene carbonate carbonate in the Port Campbell Limestone Formation of Australia.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Grange Burn Coquina
