Type specimen: ACCN2015-104, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Near Little Vermilion River, Georgetown, which is in a Westphalian D wet floodplain mudstone in the Carbondale Formation of Illinois.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Near Little Vermilion River, Georgetown
