Type specimen: LACMIP 6442. Its type locality is LACMIP Loc. 6160, Crescent Bay, which is in a Ypresian sand shoal mudstone in the Crescent Formation of Washington.

Ecology: epifaunal omnivore-grazer

Distribution:

• Eocene of United States (2: Washington collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
